Wanda Anderegg
Wanda Anderegg has been employed at Grand View Care Center since June of 2011. She began at working at Grand View as an activity assistant and in July of 2018 she transitioned to working both as an activity assistant and a social services assistant. Wanda began her position as Social Services Director November of 2020. Previously, Wanda provided day care (1997 - 2011) out of her home during the years that her boys were growing up. Wanda enjoys spending time with her family - especially her grandchildren. She also enjoys baking, cooking, and reading.
ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR
Rhonda Stephenson
Rhonda Stephenson graduated from Indianhead Technical College. Previously, Rhonda worked as a CNA at Grand View Care Center for 9 years. Rhonda is a WRAP (Wisconsin Representative of Activity Professionals) member for 15 years. Rhonda is also a West Cap Member. Outside of work Rhonda enjoys camping and spending time with her family and friends. She also loves being a grandma!

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Brian Berzinski
Brian joined Grand View Care Center in June 2003 as the Maintenance Supervisor. Before coming to Grand View, Brian was the Supervisor for Northern Engraving in February of 1984 where he worked his way up from Quality Control to Screening Operating of Decorative Appliques, to Assembly Lead, to Supervisor. During Brian’s employment at Northern Engraving, he completed the course Principle of Supervision, became CPR certified, and learned Bio-hazard Safety. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing. He also helps out with his children’s baseball and softball practices and games. Additionally, Brian helps at a disabled hunters club at Stevens Point.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERVISOR
Carol Berg
Carol joined Grand View Care Center in August 1989 as a Certified Nursing Assistant. After some time Carol transitioned her efforts into housekeeping. Carol worked in housekeeping for many years before in 2019 becoming the new Environmental Supervisor. Carol’s favorite part about working at Grand View is getting to spend time and get to know the residents she takes care of. In her free time she enjoys camping, fishing, hunting and spending time with her grandchildren and family.
