Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Health Care Administrator program (8/98) and a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse (12/03)
Stacy spent a year at Grand View Care Center fulfilling the one year practicum requirement for UWEC-BSHCA degree program. She earned the CHAASE Distinguished Alumni of the Year Award in 2007.
Stacy is the President and past Treasurer and Secretary for Wisconsin Health Care Associations District 9. Stacy also serves on the Wisconsin Health Care Association Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Stacy also serves on the Independent Owner Council for American Health Care Association.
Stacy is a WI licensed Real Estate Broker as well as a Certified Dementia Professional. Stacy also serves on ACHA/WiCAL’s Independent Owner Council.
DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Sally has been employed at Grand View Care Center since June of 2000. Sally holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Western Wisconsin Technical College where she graduated from in May of 2000 with high honors. Sally has been licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse since August 2000. Sally was a Nurse Manager and the Infection Control Coordinator from September 2002 until becoming Director of Nursing in May 2005. In December of 2003, Sally became state approved to be a Nursing Assistant Instructor. Since 2008 Sally has been Wound Care Certified through the National Alliance of Wound Care. Sally became a Certified Dementia Practitioner in 2014. Sally also holds a certification by the American Heart association in the BLS for Health Care Provider's Program (CPR/AED). Sally also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Business Administration from Winona State University. Additionally, Sally is a member of the Grand View Auxiliary.
SOCIAL SERVICES DIRECTOR
Niccole Kulig attended college at Winona State, MN. She received her CNA state certification in November 2011. She started her employment with Grand View January 2012 as a CNA. She began her position as social service assistant August of 2012. In March of 2013 she was appointed temporary Social Services Director. She worked her way up to Social Services Director June of 2013. Niccole is a member of the WNHSWA (Wisconsin Nursing Home Social Workers Association). Outside of work Niccole enjoys spending time with her family and kayaking.
Rhonda Stephenson graduated from Indianhead Technical College. Previously, Rhonda worked as a CNA at Grand View Care Center for 9 years. Rhonda is a WRAP (Wisconsin Representative of Activity Professionals) member for 15 years. Rhonda is also a West Cap Member. Outside of work Rhonda enjoys camping and spending time with her family and friends. She also loves being a grandma!
Kandace graduated from Blair High School in 1982. After which, she completed the Dietary Managers course from Chippewa Valley Technical College in 2000. Kandace started her employment at Grand View Care Center in 1980 as a high school dietary assistant. Then she worked her way up to PM cook and stayed in that position for a few years. She then became the dietary manager after completing the course in 2000. Kandace is also a member of the St. Ansgar’s Catholic Church in Blair, WI. Kandace is also a member of the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) formally known as DMA.
Peggy has worked at Grand View since 2005. After high school, Peggy attended a year of schooling at Western Technical College. Before working at Grand View Peggy worked at Northern Engraving as a Process Engineer for 15 years. She started working at Grand View in December of 2005 as Scheduler/Apartment Manager before accepting the posistion of Office Supervisor in September 2011. She deals with unemployment compensations, workman’s compensation, and employee benefits. She also does the accounts payable and the monthly financials for the nursing home. Peggy is a WI licensed Real Estate Agent and the 515 Shining STAR for Rural Development. Peggy is a member of North Beaver Creek Church. In her free time she enjoys gardening, camping with her family, and watching her children’s sporting events.
Brian joined Grand View Care Center in June 2003 as the Maintenance Supervisor. Before coming to Grand View, Brian was the Supervisor for Northern Engraving in February of 1984 where he worked his way up from Quality Control to Screening Operating of Decorative Appliques, to Assembly Lead, to Supervisor. During Brian’s employment at Northern Engraving, he completed the course Principle of Supervision, became CPR certified, and learned Bio-hazard Safety. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing. He also helps out with his children’s baseball and softball practices and games. Additionally, Brian helps at a disabled hunters club at Stevens Point.
Carol joined Grand View Care Center in August 1989 as a Certified Nursing Assistant. After some time Carol transitioned her efforts into housekeeping. Carol worked in housekeeping for many years before in 2019 becoming the new Environmental Supervisor. Carol’s favorite part about working at Grand View is getting to spend time and get to know the residents she takes care of. In her free time she enjoys camping, fishing, hunting and spending time with her grandchildren and family.
