Grand View's growth and improvement has a lot to do with the people that so generously support us!
Grand View is a charitable, non profit organization and, therefore, your donations are tax deductible according to IRS regulations. This also means that there is no person or corporation to draw profits from our income. All money taken in goes to the care center and this is one of the reasons that we can provide such high quality care at such a reasonable price. You should know that 100% of your donation will go towards one of these projects listed below, or towards a project of your specification. Your donations help us provide the "extras" that makes the quality of life for our residents so high.
Donations can be current gifts such as stocks, bonds or property. Or they can be future gifts, such as bequests, life insurance, charitable gift annuities and other life income plans.
Donations are directed to priorities directly impacting our resident’s lives. This includes facility improvements, a charitable endowment fund to support low income seniors, or other targeted priorities for our community.
